I for one liked Tanith Lee´s books, though I´ve read only a small fraction of her novels. Only by chance (I googled the original titles of her Tales from the Flat Earth, to buy those books, a hopeless task apparently) I realised she had died, sadly her death did not leave much of an imprint on readers. I fear that at this mortality rate there will be only a few serious fantasy authors left in the near future!
