Next strike

 Almost got a coronary when seeing the new prices at Aldi. Especially those of baking ingredients (much wanted these days), but also vegetables and meat. Yet we will have to rely on German shops, if ours will be indeed be closed on Friday and Saturday because of strikes. Everybody needs more money, everybody wants more money. So strikes to achieve the goal. There's a lot of people, who do not have a lobby- the pensioners. Old age pensions will get raised- but not enough. What we all will have to pay is higher prices because of raised salaries. Makes sense, but not fair to many...
I bought diet food for Vaire cat, not much, because you can watch her dwindling away. Her old food was given to Sony and Samsung. The two will be delighted at finally getting quality food from our old vet's shop, food that our cat cannot digest anymore. 85 gram for almost two Euro! Not that I paid that much, I got it from our neighbour's tenant at half price, but still...
A bit of stitching got done today. Lady dwarf still has no face but two hands holding one Christmas present. The other presents might follow on Wednesday. Tomorrow Cassian will come after kindergarten and help with indoor decorating. Hubby will be off to my sister's flat. When my niece turned on the heating, there'd been a bang caused by an explosion, and a part of the casing fell off. Repairmen will take care of the problem tomorrow. Daughter mine had repairmen in her flat, too. Her radiator still does not work properly. And it's quite cold outside now. We barely get over three degrees during day and are down to minus two during night...
