Tooth issues solved

Surprisingly these January birthday parties have been fun for the first time. Could be that this was tied to the absence of some notorious dunderheads- no, they did not die of old age, they only missed the parties. It's not that they did not get an invitation- we don't do the invitation thing here in our street. Everyone who likes to come is invited. Those dunderheads might be so dumb already that they won't remember a friend's birthday anyway! Less people, no idiots (sorry!) meant quite a lot of fun conversation. And one embarassing occurrance. I got a new crown at the end of last October. Costly, as always. Not exactly painless in the beginning. After two weeks everything seemed okay- until I noticed a slight obstacle between crown and my wisdom tooth. Was here, was off, was here again. Tried to remove it with dental silk. With dental floss picks. It did not hurt, but it did not come off either. Just yesterday of all days, at birthday party number two, it came loose. I have to admit that I must have looked completely flabbergasted with a piece of dental glue in my mouth first then on my fingers. Feels strange now not being able to touch it with my tongue. At least, I can cancel my appointment with my dentist...
While I was puttering around in the house, doing this, doing that, hubby was bored again. I bought a bucket with bird fat balls- 30 of them. In the norning hubby attached a ribbon to each, so that he will be able to hang the balls up more easily. Then he went around, measuring tape in hand. Sometime in the afternoon hubby went missing. When he came back home he had bought a new coach for the TV area. He said it had been cheap (there´s a furniture shop that went bankrupt) and he liked the colour (aubergine). Now I am well aware that we are in need of a new couch, but aubergine... I will see the outcome tomorrow. If it´s okay, I might take a picture.
