We made it...

...to the concert in time, even though some of the streets were still closed because of the marathon. Hubby said they did it on purpose- no runners were on their way then. I was a bit tired- got up at eight, but from then on had a lot to do concerning cooking. Son wanted Surschnitzel and potatoes, and I had to do sushi, lots of sushi for Cassian's birthday party. Only when back home from concert I realised that I had forgotten about the prawns, which are still in the fridge. So tomorrow it will be spaghetti with prawns and what's left of the salmon. Easy-peasy to do. I am so done with cooking for a while...
Yesterday's song contest was not as much fun as usual. Daughter and son fooled about, did comment loudly, hubby was not amused, the pringles he had bought were strange (who wants pringles with coconut flavour???), daughter brought out beer, I opened a bottle of red wine, and after the last singer we left for bed. Only to realise that next year it will be our country which has to host the song contest. Well hello, we are broke!
