Summer is on the way
When driving home today I noticed that there´s still a lot of snow on the mountaintops this year.
But after a cold spring summer seems to come early. If weather forecast does not err we will be over 30 degrees next week. That´s cool, I love heat. And since we got an aircon hot nights won´t bother me either. Besides, the ground floor is always cool. The upper floor with the bedrooms not so, that´s why in previous years number four and five often packed their bedding and slept in the guestroom or on the sofa in the living room. Not necessary anymore, yet a bit pricely, because an aircon consumes quite a lot of electricity.
Crocheting in the sun is not so funny, that´s why I finally finished the bordure of the baby blanket today. First I had to unravel the last of the cyan yarn, which had been a victim of Elsa. Cyan yarn is out of stock at the moment. What I had was barely enough to finish the blanket, and I will abstain from adding pompoms. They get chewed on by babes anyway...
Tomorrow I will have to reorganise the content of my wardrobe. Until today I have been too lazy to do so, besides, there was no need to unbox t-shirts and shorts, but you can´t walk in the heat in long trousers :)). And I will bake a peach cobbler. Heat and fruits galore- now come the days of the cobblers and crumbles...

And yeah, reorganizing the wardrobe has been on my to-do list for a while, too. I just so hate doing so; I have to climb onto the ladder for it, which always fills me with fear...
