(no subject)

I did a shopping trip to Germany together with Elsa's mum. Not only did we have to change the route because of so much traffic on the motorway, we also had to pass by the scene of a grisly accident. A car had rammed a biker. I pray that this one has survived, because bike was heavily damaged, and the biker had ended up 10 metres from it on the street. Daughter-in-law made some lookie-loos leave the scene so that traffic would be able to pass by. Imagine, one of them suddenly stopped his car being at the top of the queue to get his camera out of the boot and film the scene. Elsa's mum is 1,83 and sturdily built. The driver was off in a second when she neared him fuming with anger. Even the police man had to laugh at seeing her in full action... Naturally we were back later than supposed, so our pizza was already in the oven. No harm done, hubby knows what we love to have for topping!

Now that's a scene I'd have loved to watch — Elsa's mum scaring the living daylight out of idiot gawkers. There should be a woman like her at every accident scene!

She´s a force of nature when annoyed, and at that moment she was annoyed...

She is a pretty tall person with a heart of gold and nerves of steel when necessary. And she can be quite intimidating...
