Nothing new from Elsa yet. Cassian is with us today and would be delighted if he saw his cousin again, but I am not so sure if his mother would appreciate her son getting infected with cough too. She has her hands full with her two when they are healthy, she´d be at breaking point if Cassian, and worse, her second son started to cough also. Coughing goes with not sleeping well, and she needs her beauty sleep. It´s not that bad when you have to nurse an infant during night, but a coughing infant...
Weather should be fine and fairly mild until Halloween.Cassian at least will do the trick or treat thing, with or without Elsa we will see. The young one has been to a rehearsal with his grandpa today. He behaved exceptionally well- the grandchild! Not so sure about my husband, who is a stickler when it comes to musical interpretation!
Blessedly hubby bought diner, so I wo´t have to cook. After napping (yes, I need a nap, I am up since four in the morning) I will do more pruning and tidying the garden. I even managed to take a few pictures. See, those colours are the only thing I love about autumn!

Those colours are stunning indeed!

Funny thing is that only three of the trees sport such stunning colours, number four and five always get brown leaves which drop early in autumn!

Your chillies have done so well — I ended up with only a handful, sadly.

Elsa is better, but it´s her mother who sports a cold now. But they are on their way already.... They say it might be the last opportunity to do such a trip, because they fear that we will soon be in lockdown again! The chillies were tiny when I got them and did not grow at all in the begining, and then they downright exploded. I got three huge loads of fruits already. Bad thing is that they are too spicy! I will do another patch of chillie-garlic oil and cure the rest. Smoked chillie pepper is awsome!
