No way!
Definitely not going to the neighbour's birthday party. Yes, the one's who got tested positive last week. To my horror I got an invitation. I do not know, if her other guests even know about her having had the plague. And if she did another test to get out of quarantine. I do not care, because I will stay at home. I am tired, I have the sniffles and a slight cough, because I forgot to put my coat on when taking off more of the outdoor decoration. I also forgot to put my boots on. I love the feeling of wet earth between my toes- being old does not imply being wise. I should have known that being inside most of the time does indeed weaken your immune system. Same goes for the open window during night.
Cassian's hamhamburger was a big success- he ate all of it, plus two of aunt Lil's chicken nuggets. He does not eat French fries, which is a good thing, because he won't get any in this household. Aunt Lil is disappointed. She had so hoped to find an ally...

And you're very right not to go to the party. How grown adults can be so irresponsible is beyond me!
