PC wars

 In the morning I totally overslept. I had that weird dream that one of my offspring had gifted me a small rug for Christmas. In my dream I went through all rooms of our house and decided that the only place I could have stored it was under my bed, where I began to search- this time in earnest. It´s like sleep walking, only that this time I was sleep-searching and almost fell off the bed. Only me getting dizzy saved me from falling out. I heard hubby chuckling, buried myself under the duvet in shame and slept off for two more hours. Husband mine is on a trip back to good old times. Today he spent the morning in the cellar, where once our practise room had been- for him, for our children, only spractising piano got done in the living room. Now hubby has installed his old PC down there and does daily copying of old filmings- holidays, birthday celebrations, school enrollments and the like. He saved the files on the external CD drive and started to play them on the new PC- chaos ensued. The new PC went berserk, until hubby simply cut it off the power supply, but it did not boot afterwards. Now it was hubby who went berserk. I took my needlework and went back to the quite cool studio. It´s only five degrees outside and raining, so no jigsaw for me in the cold, only daughter was out in the conservatory and finally found the missing piece. Then she left for her flat- two hours before her Nicer Dicer arrived. It would have been handy to make short work of cutting all the vegetables she had to use up, before those died in her fridge.
Our house is quiet again, at least for a while. Cassian has heard about me wanting to decorate for Easter and is at the ready to help. I will have to do a tour to Tedi to buy some items for decorating and crafting. Of course, he will come with me. Maybe we will take hubby along, too! I have been good for a long time, my last shopping spree for such things has been in November, it´s about time to start a new one! No idea yet what I will craft with grandson. I have been on Pinterest after hubby went berserk. The problem is that once we have crafted I will have to display what we have done. Not that much space to do so. To find something we can put on the windows would be nice! No such luck yet...
