Pizza Endstatione

noadvertising This was hubby's saying, after I told him that Italy had once again missed to qualify for the football world championship. I was a bit sad, so hubby said he'd buy me a pizza Endstatione for lunch. I had to laugh- endstatione is Rainhard Fendrich-Italian and means end of the line- how fitting!
At the moment nothing works out the way I want. Number two cannot help with putting up the trampoline. His wife is not interested in bodily work. Number four will come tomorrow only instead of today and can't help either. Even my cooking plans got replaced by new ones- thrice during the morning. Never give hubby a crime thriller with cooking recipes to read, or you'll be in for strange surprises! Honestly, if not daughter was to come (next early shift) I would have told hubby to go and dine at a restaurant. I for me do not need lunch. A snack in the afternoon would have been enough to get through the day!
After lunch I did not rest but dressed for shopping- still needed an Easter present for Elsa. Switched from make-up kit for girlies to a book (she is quite competent at reading already). The wool section in the nearby supermarket has been shrinked once again, but the prices have doubled. 50 gramme of what's called wool for school (to learn to knit) cost 1,99 euro instead of 99 cents now. I had wanted to buy brown yarn, but no such luck. I was reminded of the not so good old times, when my mother had to go into town, the only place such exotic items as wool could be bought. Apparently we are on our way back to such times, and I do not like it at all!
Daughter came, we did a few crossword puzzles, she had what was left of lunch for dinner (cabbage soup with Frankfurter, her and hubby's favourite, unfortunately stressing my digestive system), we did some eel-watching on TV then called it a day. To bed early is a must, since I went very late yesterday...
