Back again! We had a marvellous time in Dublin, and it got even better when we took a ferry to Scotland. I´ve never been there before. Great landscape, nice inhabitants, unidentifiable English. And lots of strange people. In Pittenweem, we saw hords of little girls running to the beach in their sunday dresses. Seriously, would you put your child into puffy white and pink skimpy dresses to have a look at the dead whales?  The teenies are back to school now, and I´ve started working, too. With our dog gone, I´ve skipped the evening strolls, a rebound in my back-to-health strategy. I´m seriously considering buying a new doggie. Maybe I´ll contact the breeder of our late one. And no, I won´t take a dog from our animal shelter. I´ve done it twice, they were cute dogs, but not nearly as steadfast as our Hovawart. Time will tell. Now back to work. Fear not, I won´t bother you with fanfiction, as I have done before. Fortunately, the holidays have dampened my creativity. Unfortunately, there are still some unfinished fics on my PC. I´d better go and complete them, before the Hobbit makes its appearence. Already seen Lee Pace as Thranduil? Marvellous! I bet there will be a lot of Thranduil fiction  around soon. Yessssss, my precious!
