Livejournal
Jan. 3rd, 2013 02:04 pmFor two weeks Livejournal tried to talk me into believing that someone else had logged in into my journals, both of them. Not accostumed to such a rude treatment I painstakingly checked my mails, if said intruder kept up his implied nosing around. Yup, said Livejournal, intruder still around. On December 30rd I made another post, afterwards dashing to my mail account. Huzzah, the message had not reappeared! No more intruder ( as if there ever had been one), everything was in order, so I went back to livejournal. Not a bit of it. The message had vanished, but unfortunately, Livejournal too. Now I had a bet running. My friend had predicted I would not be able to finish my latest fic until New Year´s Eve, aware that I am a slow writer, especially under pressure. What she did not know was that I already had finished the last chapter. What I did not know was that Livejournal did not feel like reappearing. To cut a long story short, she won. The last chapter was posted on January 2nd, when I had a connection for about three minutes. Sigh. Now, as a punishment I have to write another fic, at the minimum of 3000 words. How long this will be going to take? I would imagine until Easter!
