Today morning I felt the sudden urge to reread some fiction about Haldir. Must have been because the lad appeared in my dreams tonight, a nervous wreck because Tauriel was hard on his heels. OK. That might have occured because I posted about those two yesterday. But what really upset me was that I clearyl had been away from the fandom way too long. All my favourite fics have vanished. Cast away by their writers. Dropped like a hot potatoe. Yes, the LoTR hype ebbed away in the course of time. Does that mean that the fics have lost their attraction? I don´t think so. They were really good. Like Kenaz´s Marchwarden series. And, and...I should have saved them early enough. Am grumpy now. Anyone out there with a copy of it?
