Dec. 27th, 2013 09:19 pmAnyone out there who wants a husband? I´d sell him mine: older design but mostly undamaged (that´s why I sell him- namely before I´ll throttle him). Rather tall (needs oversized beds because of his height, not because of his weight). Not picky when it comes to food, although he prefers greenstuff to meat. Experienced in housework, even if he is all thumbs. Do not give him a PC, or he will spend lots of time browsing the internet. Do not give him a car. And never ever let him take care of your mobile.
Today´s conversation:
Hubby: I´ll drive to the shop now. Have you backuped your phone numbers?
Me: No. That´s the first time you tell me that you are almost on the way.
Hubby: Then I´ll wait..........
Of course he did not wait but drove to town to get my daughter´s new mobile.
Me: I´m ready now. Saved all the numbers on the SIM card, that´s the easiest way.
Hubby: Oh my, I forgot about you. Will have to drive again.
Hubby comes back, SIM card cut to size by the shop´s employee. SIM card still does not fit into my new mobile. Hubby decides to drive back to the shop (yup, he really likes to cruise around). It´s half past five, the shop closes at six, 20 kilometres to drive. Hubby comes back at half past six, pleased with himself.
Hubby: I got you a new Sim card. There was no time to adjust the old one.
Me: All that interests me is: where is the old one? I´ll put it into the old phone, using the adapter, and file my contacts on my PC.
Hubby(a bit pale now): Ouch, I forgot! Told him to trash the old one.
Now I have about hundred phone numbers to collect and write in. Might take a long time. So, anyone out there who wants a hubby?
