Hubby got us a a few bottles Kilkenny to celebrate the day. I strongly assume it´s because he wanted to test Irish beer. He must know that I do not like beer at all. It is not the taste alone. Give me a glass of it and I will doze off in two shakes of a dog´s tail. So I took revenge on him and bought Werther´s Original Caramel Popcorn. Hubby loves popcorn, but only the salted one. Retributive justice I´d say! Daughter will love both, that I know.
Before I switched on my PC to have a look into my LJ I told hubby how lucky we had been this day, because not half of the amount of snow they had forecasted had come down to annoy us. Typed my comments then went down to warm up lunch. Well, hello? The hall was dark because of this:





I am not a fast typer. English vocabulary has gone missing in the course of time. But I swear, it was not even half an hour between next to no and too much of snow!
