The combination of a bold daughter-in-law and a husband hard of hearing is a bad combination, at least for three-month-old babes who are in need of nourishment. So DiL had a dentist appointment, and hubby was to watch her offspring, because I, too, had an appointment. DiL had expressed milk, put the bottle into the fridge and told husband mine about it- only that he must have failed to hear about the important news. So when baby got hungry and began to cry husband packed him into the pram and did a walk- a long one, so long that Cassian was totally worn out and, for the first time, was to be found on the kiddy board where he did his daily nap on the way back home. Yes, he indeed has a board with a seat but has never been fond of it until today! DiL returned four hours after she had left- a long time for a babe without nourishment! She had made the best of her free time by adding a tour de shop to her appointment. Flavius did not appriciate it, not at all. All is well again, and Cassian is already waiting for tomorrow, when he will be with me until late afternoon. We will do Palatschinken, as always, and wieners for lunch. Cassian loves both. Then we will do a nap then watch Peppa Pig. We had an outage of Internet and TV last night. Hubby came to bed early, because he was no more able to watch his favourite crime series. I was no more able to watch Youtube vlogs on the tablet PC. My mobile seemed to be a failure, too, but I only had to switch to my mobile provider, which I did in the morning, when I was no more able to sleep. Soon after internet was back again. If the same will happen tomorrow I might be in serious trouble. The screen on my mobile is too small for watching Peppa. I have to reread how to use the phone for tethering!
