This year I thought that maybe I´d do self-made Easter cards. After all 
wiseheart sent me a beautiful card last year. Not that I´d be able to craft such a work of beauty, but a simpler one which still might look nice! Easier said than done! Attempt number one: Cut the motive, do lunch, glue the ribbons onto the construction paper. Please note: Do not glue with a finger you have nicked when cutting vegetables for lunch (I am very good at nicking fingers, I think it´s the third time in the space of one week), definitely leaves bloody fingerprints on paper and ribbons. Attempt number two: Size the ribbons onto another construction paper (finger bandaged now). Please note: Paper will well in case you use this sort of glue. Attempt number three: Use a glue stick for the ribbons. Please note: Paper will not be impressed and curl again. After the third attempt I gave up, jumped into my car and bought some cards. Now I only have to get to the post office, which will be a bit hard to do, because tomorrow is Cassian day, and hubby will be at the Festspielhaus again. I hope he will not forget about putting Cassian´s seat into my car, or I will be glued to our house!
