The thing with glasses...

is that babies love them. We brought Elsa to crawl for them. Cassian did so, too. Flavius is a slow child. Took him forever to roll over, and he never managed to crawl along- not even a single centimetre, except for today. Today he was on the floor in our living room, and I had put down my glasses to read a book to his brother. Oh my! I did not even notice at first, that Flavius had found himself a new toy. My glasses did survive the attack of the killer babe, and his father and brother quickly evacuated the cars they had been playing with, to be on the safe side. His father must know about it, because as our number two he has been an experienced matchbox car tyre eater when a babe, and his older brother was quite unhappy about his ability! From today on little Flavius has joined the army of crawlers. His mother will be so delighted!
We did not have much fun in the pool today, too windy it was! And now there's a huge thunderstorm. Car is in the carport, vegetable plants are in the shelter, garden furniture got brought to the garage. We got storm alert by weather app and insurances. It's pitch dark at six PM, and the storm is a heavy one. A lot of items from neighbouring gardens came flying along already...
