Cat is out of the bag
Jan. 16th, 2024 06:29 pm Turned out that it had not been a day for sleeping for DiL- she had a meeting for a new exhibition, which will take part at the end of April- with hubby and me caregiver for her offspring- which means one full week plus the days she will be off to organise more. It also turned out that hubby already knew about it and had said yes to it. Oh joy!
I am a bit bewildered. Grandparents to the rescue is okay. But that's a lot of rescuing hubby and I will have to do, sleepovers included and getting up early, to bring the older to kindergarten, because at the same time there's a classic festival, with son working late hours. Then again, it will be spring, sun out early, birds chirping loudly early in the morning- am I already sugarcoating what cannot be helped?
