...alas, living like a hermit is no fun at all. Two sorts of trees I am allergic to have begun to flower, and I have been sneezing nonstop for days now, when I was out of the house. But the weather is so very fine- sun is shining, temperatures up to 17 degrees- I did an early trip to the drugstore, picked up my medication and a new bottle of Allergyl nosedrops, and out I was in the garden, doing a bit of cleaning and decorating for spring. Hubby and I had jalapeno Leberkäse and potato salad for lunch, and at two in the afternoon my friend showed up. We had coffee on the terrace- such a good feeling, when the sun isn't behind the hills so early! Then we took her car- no clue, why she insisted to drive, she is way from pain-free. We had a look at the newly built primary school, which is located at the crossing of the air corridor of the local airport and the approach road to the motorway. The old school had also been next to the air corridor- those plains always made me go up the wall, when I was teaching. Why couldn't they build the new school at another place? Afterwards friend and I crossed the border for a visit to our favourite shopping centre. Now I have wool enough to finish the actual throw (and start a new, last one). Plus: Tedi is not cancelled, but most of the money I intended to invest in Easter decoration got spent in the big store at their special sale for Easter. I will take a photo tomorrow- I am definitely too tired to spread all the things I got for one Euro a piece. We only got back home at seven, after having had pizza vongole at the Italian restaurant- me without having my allergy pills. I took them afterwards, and I did not puke in my friend's almost brandnew car. I think she would have been very offended, had I done so!
