For crying out loud!

 Last night´s sleep was a fiasco. Hubby and I both went to bed long after eleven o´clock, because I insisted on watching Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban with him, in hope that it was still managable to do the same with younger members of the family. Well, it is not. Third part of the series is already darker than the first two movies. I could watch it, but DiLs will have my head, when their offspring will wake because of nightmares! But more interesting was that hubby did count the time we spent watching advertising- practically one third of the running time of the movie. When finally in bed, we quickly noticed that someone near had an impressive party running, but we were not able to identify the culprit. Music was on until 4:30 in the morning. So I did not sleep well until then. At seven thirty I heard hubby getting up in a hurry, and soon after there were voices in the garden. Turned out that hubby´s former colleague was here to borrow our trailer. And because it´s fun, hubby invited him in for a cup of coffee. Needless to say that I had a late breakfast, because colleague did not want to leave without delivering orchestra updates. Then son and I started cooking: potato dumplings, roast goose breast, grilled chicken (for me) and ginger-carrot soup. After lunch- blessed napping, or in my case, reading. I did continue with In Noctem in the late afternoon, but still have not mastered the skill of adding text to the music.
Hubby has begun to clean the pool by removing foliage, mice and lots of spiders, fortunately all dead. The rest will get done when spring will be back, maybe at the end of next week. Tomorrow, the last warmer day, both husband and I will be off- hubby to help DiL with her exhibition, I having a shopping day with a friend. This time we will make it beyond the border and even farther...
