Too hot...

 ...to do a proper entry. Yes, we are lucky, because we have a pool. Yes, the heat is not as bad as on the other side of the country. But we are up to 32, and at 30 degrees my old brain begins to fry. The fight with Amazon, fruitless as it is, does not make the siuation more tolerable. Besides, DiL brought the boys in the afternoon and was off, to do whatever she wants to do. And did not come back. I seriously hoped that she would not try to persuade hubby to let Cassian stay overnight. Because hubby always says yes, and the more so when he thinks that there will come a no from my side. After three hours DiL phoned that she was at home to prepare family dinner. That's when Hubby packed the boys into his car, and off he was, to bring them home. Seems that even he preferred a quiet afternoon!
Daughter, who assisted in another round of fighting Amazon will stay overnight. Our house is air-conditioned, while her flat directly under the roof is not. And there's still ramen in the fridge...
