T'was definitively warmer today, so I think weather here must be some sort of stress test for our bloodstream, especially when it's get-up-at-three time again, and not once but thrice in a row! We are having the shortest nights at the moment, and the birds are already up when we leave. As is the busy spider which lives behind our mailbox. Each time we leave she is cocooning her meal of the dsy. I leave her be, there's no spider net to remove, so she must be a running spider. Since she's not that big yet she can stay.
Glazier was here today. After he had installed the glass hubby tiled the treads. I am in awe- we are almost done! There's a waiting period of two days for the cement to dry, then I can start cleaning. Then impregnating, then... now wait, there are other things to do now. Dozens of flower pots need to get brought to the dump, same goes for wooden beams, gutters, cut tiles. I worked on the flower pots, but contrary to Miss Mailbox the spiders living inside them are big ones. So first- enjoy the perfect summer weather as long as it will stay. If only the cold daughter has at the moment will not spread in our household. Most likely it's me who will start sneezing any time soon- we have been working on the jigsaw for quite a while, accompanied by daughter's sneezing and coughing fits. Oh joy! But she is so much better with puzzling than I am! And I need the jigsaw finished before I can start with rearranging the furniture in the conservatory! I hsve already bought brightener for the wood, to deal with the dresser and the hanging cupboard, after having dumped most of the content, of course! Should be all finished before the boys sail in!
