Since my friend will come tomorrow for an early crafting afternoon- after all there are more than enough politicians willing to do another closedown for all, not only for those who defy vaccination- I wanted to try out if the things I had planned for us to do would work. Did a few experimental pairs of popsicle stick skis- check. Did two snowmen- check. Did a tiny shed for the reindeer- check. Finally I wanted to do a model of an angel, the one with the wooden bead for a head ([livejournal.com profile] wiseheart knows which one I am talking about). No check. I was not able to find the bag with beads I had bought yesterday. I wreaked havoc in the kitchen, the living room, the studio- no beads. Had I left them in the shopping cart? Had they fallen out when walking to the car? No. They hadn´t. After the first wave of shock then ire I took the shopping bag with the cat food to the upper bathroom. And there they were, next to the kibble. I had not even unpacked them. But instead of using my brain I had gone ballistic. I should have known there was a good chance that sometime during stowing away my purchasings I lost interest in the process and went to do something more interesting. Whatever! Beads are back, the angel will stay headless until tomorrow, and best thing is hubby has put a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. My man is capable of learning, wow!

Will there be any crafty pics? Because I'd love to see the snowmen and the reindeer shed...

My glue works very efficiently. I already glued three star to the wooden table. From tomorrow on I will use a different piece of wood to work on.
