wiseheart, for giving my tired old brain more ideas for interesting (in this case, stress inducing) dreams! Since two nights I am dissecting the inner part of loo paper rolls, to cut those into stripes. Yes, I have seen the picture in your blog. Yet I am unable to weave a basket from those stripes in my dreams. And since I am an impatient person you may easily imagine the outcome. Hubby seems to be quite amused about my outbursts of fury. Last night I built a barriere with my duvet, this way I won´t see him laughing straight in my face.
Contrary to my dreams the day was boring. Housework, a bit of knitting, a bit of Whatsapping, all done among those awful noises coming from the terrace, where hubby has started tiling. Reminds me of a dentist's office! It's a long, long way from getting finished, but it's been a good start. If only the weather would play along! But no, as always! Tomorrow we are to have rain and cool temperatures instead of sunshine and warmth. Someway the strange weather rubbed off on hubby- he did not buy a new brolly to protect the new tiles from yesterday's rain water dripping down from the desolate gutter (roofer has not yet showed up) but came home with one bag of tile cement and fifteen packages wood briquettes. Now we are practically ready for next winter...
