After being quite uncomfortable for some time during night- I was not able to find a position my shoulder would not hurt first, until painkillers kicked in- I woke a tad late. Took more painkillers, had a long, hot shower after breakfast then tried to do as much housework as possible, which involved solely things that did not need me moving my arm upwards. The rest got done by husband mine. No crocheting, no knitting, no cooking. Next to no reading also, at least not on the bed, because turning the pages turned out complicated. That's boring! Towards lunchtime I already felt the handicap in form of stomachache most painkillers inflict on me. Yet my shoulder felt only marginally better. I decided for a nap, a real one this time. Only that sister mine thought otherwise and called. She needed the jardinière I had brought from the cemetery. That's a first: sis has never before bought plants for All Hallows. Hubby began to frantically search for the jardinière and had to admit defeat. He must have put it onto the trailer and brought it to the rubbish dump. But he quickly drove off and bought a new one for sis to replant. Sis was late, as always, had coffee and what was left of the cake, did the replanting afterwards in our garden then was off again. Crisis averted, she forgot to ask me to accompany her to the cemetery. Hubby and I went to the garage to decide what had to go. Means that I decided and he dragged the things to the trailer. A bit easier to walk through now, but definitely not enough. Why do we still own sledges? Those who want to sledge shall buy their own ones and keep it where they live. For years there's hasn´t been snow enough for sledging anyway! I also found skiers from ages ago husband intends to keep. I fear that only a fire might properly take care of all the stuff, only that the wooden garage would not survive it. Hubby is a hoarder and will always be...
