Aug. 4th, 2013 06:06 pmMy son´s fiancee brought me a few balls of tenuous real wool from her home country. The colours match well with my new outfit for autumn, so I decided to crochet a triangular scarf, and this time my handiwork should be accomplished in time. It went well for one week. Today I was swimming with my daughter, but when she unexpectedly halted and turned around in the pool, I ran into her full force and hurt my right index finger. Again. I don´t think it is broken like in February, but it is swollen and hurts like hell, so no crocheting for today. And tomorrow, most likely. And if I need a splint the scarf will be finished next autumn. So I took my e-book reader and went to bed to browse Amazon for free e-books. That was when the first of many tiny midges landed on my screen. I squashed it with my thumb, as I did with the others. Currently I am trying to find my Amazon wish list, because apparently I´ve pushed all the wrong buttons when crushing the midges, that way creating a wish lists with books I´d never ever read. I really, really hope that no one has read the list in the meantime, that would be embarrassing!
