Oh boy...

I just came back from the drugstore, where I had to pick up my electronic prescription. Comes in handy, because you won´t have to drive to your doctor to probably meet up with someone who carries the disease but does not know, but no fun if you have to wait in front of the shop, because only three people are allowed in during Covid times, and there´s a hefty shower of sleet coming down on you. When home I retreated to the bedroom to warm up again. A few minutes later husband mine showed up, to see if I´d finally surrendered to mental illness, because I was laughing so hard. I had been on Facebook, visiting a Thermomix forum. There was that one person who wanted to know if it is possible to heat candle wax in her brandnew Wunderkessel, that´s what some call the food processor here. The lady did not want to use her super expensive WMF pots for her hobby. How shall I put it: there´s indeed a collection of recipes for this hobby. Must have been set up for total idiots. A 1400 Euro food processor used for melting candle wax! I´d love to see them cleansing the pot with its cutter then pour the mess into the drain...In German we would say Sachen gibts, die gibts gar nicht. In plain English: Unbelievable! Dear Lord, we need a few more brains down here!
