Jun. 20th, 2021 08:11 pmThis night I felt tempted to switch the air con on. Hubby, non-victorious with the girder, made a fly screen aka spider barrier for the triangular dormer window in the studio instead. I left it open during night to provide more draft to keep the room cool, after I had turned off the air con. Only that it did not work when temperatures would not drop below 23. Air con on then? That's when the cons came into play: the one near to air con is usually the one who gets a cold, and in this case it was to be me. Again. No, thanks, I thought, I had my fair share of coughing and sneezing during the last weeks, besides, what is a sweaty night when soon you will spend another hot sunny day in the pool and under the sun blind, drink in hand while hubby does lunch? Well, weather forecast was only partially right, it was hot somewhere in Austria. But as usual, this forecast always centers on the Eastern half of the country, the hydrocephalus of Austria, as we call it. The Western part gets neglected a bit. So weather here was not hot but warm, and we did not see much of the sun. Not even the laundry did dry off...
Our neighbour sent me photos of her brother in Switzerland. Poor guy developed a case of heavy shingles after his first jab. Seems that in Switzerland quite a lot of people suffered from this illness after vaccination. And it is good that Suisse people don't get muzzled when talking about the problems, while the rest of Middle Europe casts a veil of forced silence when it turns on vaccine damage. I had problems, too, after the first jab. The autoimmune disease I had under control for many years reappeared, and I can tell you, it is no fun when the skin on your palm feels two sizes too small because some of it is needed for blisters. It is better now, but my doctor gave me a piece of her mind when I told her that I had my vaccination without consulting her beforehand!
Tomorrow hubby and I will have to clear out the carport. At the moment there´s a trailer with a wardrobe and a workbench occupying all the space. Tomorrow my car will have to fit in, because heavy thunderstorms with hail might try to harm it. I hope hubby does not forget about the topic!
