Hubby, no!

Daughter will return tomorrow night, and hubby and I will pick her up at Munich airport. Her room is ready. The whole house was groomed for daughter and for Christmas also. Not much to do then, so I thought, and invited my friend for coffee and cookies. But number four has put a bug into hubby´s ear before leaving- he heard a strange buzzing coming from the socket inside the bathroom cabinet. Now the content of the cabinet is spread all over the washing stand and the bathroom floor. I have to do a slalom around the obstacles when using the loo. Buzzing is still here. I told hubby to disconnect the socket and not give a damn about the light in the cabinet. There´ll be a time after Christmas, when he can take the socket to an electrician. He has done so, only that he has deliberately forgotten about putting things back. He thought that I´d like to weed the things no more needed. Aha. Can somebody please tell me why I should eliminate unopened shampoos, deodorants and the like? I think dearest husband mine was not interested in putting things back. He went to a Christkindl market instead, to buy some fresh bread for dinner. Oh dear, wild horses couldn´t drag me there- too many people in a tight space, open air or not. He who usually abhors crowded paces now visits them with abandon. It must be as I thought- Covid may harm lungs, but vaccination may damage the brain. Please note that booster vaccination does not make you invulnerable!
I have done half of the sweater which turned into a cardigan, because I do not think that DiL will want to wrestle her second child into a sweater. I still think the colours are outrageous, but it was not me who had chosen them. I only hope that DiL will be delighted that I gave the yarn a try. Note to me- give her back the scratchy turquoise wool. Nobody will want to wear an itchy piece of knitting, and even less tiny boys!
