KFC

Korean fried chicken it was today. Daughter had wanted to order some at her favourite Korean restaurant, to bring it home for us to taste, but, as usual, chicken was no more available. Why do people eat KFC in a Korean restaurant, when there´s way tastier meals to have, so I thought. So husband dearest bought chicken wings for me to do KFC at home. If only hubby would stick to the recommended portion per person, but no, he bought one and a half kilo I had to fry. No deep fryer in the house... And then there was the bag with quinces I had to process. Bag had appeared out of the blue after husband´s tour to Germany. When I told him that I´d love to have quinces to do jam it was November! There´s times when I long for an American kitchen with two stoves, and a deep fryer I probably will use twice a year only! Quince jam is in the cellar (10 jars), and chicken wings are all gone (hey, I only had three!). And tomorrow hubby can cook. Or pay a visit to a take-out...
We had snow, still have. Not a lot, but enough to annoy me, and it is cold, way too cold for my liking!
