Getting cool again

Hubby has been re-activated in job and will be off daily for about a week. His former colleague has fallen ill. Local music university was not able to send a replacement- many a student prefer to study in bigger towns with more possibilities to work in side jobs, since practically all musical events got cancelled for two years in a row. Tomorrow daughter and I will have a free day, time to finish the dining table. It did not turn out the way I wanted, but I do not care anymore. They do not produce the oil I had used the last times, the new one stinks and does not dry as fast as the old one. And I need to paint the wood thrice- yuck! We will pick up lunch from daughter's favourite restaurant, but we will have to drive to Salzburg, they do not deliver out of town... I hope it will worth the drive! Weather will be cool and rainy, so no Maibaumaufstellen, at least none I'd go to, all the more since hubby is away. Does not matter, I am still reluctant to mingle with a crowd of partying people!
