Another early-to-bed day
Daughter's here again, has to be driven to work, at least one hour later than usual. Makes the fourth night in a row with not enough sleep for me. Well, I will survive it. I do not want daughter to have to pay 25 euro for a cab drive to the airport. With six to eight early shifts it's a lot of money she'd have to pay for such a ride. Night cabs are quite expensive, and the moment you cross the town's borders it gets even more expensive!
Shopping day was fun for about one hour. But all of a sudden the shop got so crowded with people just back from holidays, that we did a quick run for the articles we had not yet bought and fled outside. A quick coffee on the terrace, and back home it was. We should have started our trip one hour earlier, totally our fault, we knew it would come to this!
Cassian has caught the virus Elsa suffered from. He has problems with chewing and swallowing, but fortunately has no fever- yet. With a first heat wave ahead, with temperatures going up to 36 degrees, being sick is unfair, for both child and parents, who'd love to come to us for a swim!
