I so knew it!

So it has been covid, though it was not that bad. Turned out that husband´s last test had been positive, although he had told me it wasn´t. He had done so, because I´d surely have talked him out of going to Graz. Doing hard work when sick can be dangerous to your health. It was definitely not family number four who imported the virus, it was hubby when doing shopping, because he had been sneezing already, when they came for Oktoberfest. All good now, we are almost back to normal. Daughter is still negative, so she either is a new typs of Wonder Woman, immune to the disease, or the sneeze she had a few weeks ago, when she went to work without compunction, had been covid, and she won´t get it again for some weeks. That´s a good thing, too. But escaping the virus with five carriers is sheer impossible otherwise.
I watched more "Queen lying in state", because I am fond of those uniforms some here call carnival costumes. Presentation is awesome, you might notice a few foot faults, that´s all. But I had to smile now and then, especially when members of the Household Cavalry fought a war with their boots when descending from the stairs. Or when the camera setting showed another member of the Cavalry, from whose helmet the flame of the candle sprung from. Looked pretty awesome! Apropos: our daily with the widest circulation wrote about covid numbers quickly going up in London since August. Maybe they better tell the people in London, because you can barely see people with masks there.
Tomorrow will be spent in front of the TV, knitting and watching and knitting and dozing- it will the third night in a row I will get up at three in the morning. The last two nights I did so because of my coughing. Tonight it´s mum cab. I have to search for my winter jacket, it will be a chilli night again!
