Finally knitting again

 I started knitting project Big Red Heart. No, it is not meant for Valentine, which does not get as much attention here as those shops selling flowers and sweets want it to get. This heart is solely a project for using up the red wool in my stash by creating a pyjama eater, in which Cassian can store his pyjamas and the cuddly toys he needs in bed, when he sleeps at our house. I had intended to finish the project before his next overnight stay. Turned out that this was impossible, since DiL phoned yesterday evening and asked me, if we could pick her son up from kindergarten and bring him there the next morning. Half of the heart is done now, but I won´t show Cassian my knitting, before it´s finished. Too many questions otherwise! Since we had our grandson from lunchtime on, nothing got done from that point on, except us being out for a while, to play in the snow, get wet, go back in to dry up, go out again...
Putting together the Playmobil police robot was hard work. Not because of the constuction manual, which was easy to read, but because some parts did not fit into each other easily. My fingers will be sore for the next days! Now Cassian is playing- has done so for an hour straight, which is a good sign that he likes his new toys. I am finally able to turn the PC on for a little while, to have a look at Amozon for funny noodles. Cassian loves funny noodles, especially the tiny ones. Today he had fairy tale noodles in his soup- he ate two big plates. Had a donut afterwards then went to bed. Got up, ate a bratwurst then ate hubby´s donut, too. After that he wanted more fairy tale noodles. Haven´t found any yet. I could buy cars, princesses, unicorns and the like, but those noodles are not meant for going into a soup. Besides, they are green and red, too, which makes them look poisonous in Cassian´s eyes. I don´t get why he thinks so. Cassian loves all sorts of vegetables, but noodles? Noodles have to be yellow...
