Come-back...

 ...of the air fryer! Last time shopping at Aldi made husband buy those baking parchment liners for air fryers- and it´s fabulous to have them! Today I did baked sweetpotatoes with bacon and cheese, and the bacon was fabulous! Best thing is that there´s no smoke at all, which we always have when doing bacon in the frying pan! Besides, you don´t need a lot of oil! Cleansing got done in a minute- no crusts, even the fat from the bacon stayed in the liner! I will definitely use the airfryer more often from now on!
Since it did not rain in the morning I loaded the washing machine with the bedding, which I put outside after the washing- I do not use my dryer with energy prices that high, but I also do not want the bedding on the clothes horse all day long! Now it´s in, because it has started to drizzle, and it´s quite cool. I also did all the bath-tub-mats, which are drying on the radiators now, because Lady Vaire loves to rest on those during night until she is able to jump onto my lap for a round of petting (and I do not like to get cold feet when on the loo or brushing my teeth). I also did a thorough cleaning of the bathroom floor, even dragged out my ergometer (used only occasionally) to get to the tiny space under the radiator. Then the steamshower it was. As much as I love this thing, it´s always a horror to clean the cubicle, because I use vinegar essence- cheap, effective, but bad if you have problems with breathing. Everything is sparkling now, until next week at least. Now I only have to turn on Youtube, to look for videos showing how to do a round yoke I can knit from downside up. Hardest thing will be finding the right size for princess Elsa. Btw, round yoke should not be bland aka knit stitches only. I love to overcomplicate my knitting projects, so that I can complain about afterwards...
