When I re-arranged the furniture in bedroom nd studio I decided that my orchids had to be relocated, too, and put them onto the windowsill in the bathroom. Same type of window, some position of the sun. One out of the five died a sudden death. Three haven't yet decided upon what to do. One started to bloom...

This morning I got up at seven, prepared the breakfast table and started reading the daily, when hubby came down from the bedroom. He at least knows what I want in the morning- my peace. Unfortunately the chimney sweep, who showed up after a few minutes of silence, did not know about my morning demands and did five minutes of non-stop talking, before he gave up and finally went onto the roof. I was close to following him up there and knock him off, because what goes up must come down, and no one has told us which way it's supposed to happen.
Hubby was on pins and needles afterwards, waiting for the call that relatives were off and he could pick up Cassian. I now know why DiL thinks she can deposit her son at our house so often! Son gets hubby free tickets for concerts, in return we will have to supervise his oldest when he has a late shift. Apparently DiL is unable to bring two boys to bed at different times. Must be because she always falls asleep with the younger of the two! Now Cassian is a sweet boy, not always, but most of the time, and he loves to be with us. But when I planned for our lunch I definitely
had not had in mind that I should plan a meal convenient for kindergarteners, because dearest husband mine has agreed on picking our grandson up so early! Grrr! At least we had a Playmobil to unpack, one I had ordered many weeks ago, together with some Schleich horses. I found the parcel only when I started to relocate the furniture! But unpacking the Playmobil parachutist was a bad idea, because from then on grandson tried to get to the windows on the upper floor. Hubby had shown him how nicely parachutist was able to sail. I think that now we will have to invest in lockable window handles! Grrr again!
Cassian loves the new location of the guest bed. From now on he will be able to watch the good-night video on my PC. I only have to turn the power off, when he is in bed, or he might turn that darn thing on again. Why are the small ones so very clever when it comes to such things?
