Weather was very warm and sunny again. There´s still no rain in sight. Hubby is estatic, not because he has to water the plants twice a day - which he does without complaining, at least he says so- but because pool temperature is to his liking now. So he went swimming in the afternoon after his return from son´s house, where he had an informative talk with a plumber. I was so close to send him back and ask for a room for himself, until his mental state has improved, for he readily accepted that DiL saddled us with grandsons again on Friday, even though son number four asked us, if we could fend off the invasion of the young ones for this one day at least. Don´t get me wrong- nephews and nieces love number four, but he can do very well without them. Number four loves the quiet (so do I), the boys are loud. Very loud at times, and there´s no room in the house where you will be safe from the two- all keys got confiscated then mislaid, and you simply can´t spend the whole day in the bathroom. That he agreed to supervise them´two on Friday must have been hubby´s guilty conscience speaking. he had promised to take Cassian with him, when he was to pick up the bicycle he had bought for him on Thursday- secondhand, sound condition, no back-pedalling break. Only that the lady who sold the bike is leaving for holiday break this day, so hubby went to pick it up without Cassian this morning, because, you know, plumber time in the afternoon.
I have been knitting a lot today, correcting the mistakes I did when doing the front parts and finishing one of the sleeves. Started the trim, will have to do it again, because I knitted the button holes on the wrong side. Tomorrow´s goal- second sleeve, finish the trim. Since son will b here from tomorrow on I will have to return to more elabotate cooking, which I hate when it´s so warm. Today I tossed olive oil, garlic, anchovis and feta over spaghetti. That´s all.
