Do I need more visits?

 

No, I don't. This house must be jinxed. Today daughter and I did finish the jigsaw together, much to hubby's chagrin- from today on he has to find himself a new hobby. There won't be any jigsaws until next year. While we were occupied with putting pieces into place, number one announced his coming. Okay, it lasted for two hours only- that's when he was able to pick Oscar up from school. Alas, daughter's godmother announced her coming, too. She lives not far away and must have gotten wind of daughter being at our house. Daughter dutifully came down from her room to meet us. We had coffee. We had cake. We had more coffee and softdrinks later. But at some point hubby brought wine, and that's when it got complicated- godmother did not want to leave anymore. Only when my ears were in the TV room only- our football team is trying for European championship- she finally decided to go back home. Our team was about winning the game, but I am pissed off. Sorry for the hefty saying, but I am no more used to doing chit-chat, when there should be watching footbsll on my agenda. We are a no-sports country. Being able to be part of European championship is important even to me. And I have missed most of the game...
