Not, when hubby is in charge! Yesterday we dined late at a Chinese restaurant. It was okay for me, even though I am no more used to have dinner. Not that I´d lose any weight, but still! Then hubby picked the Too Good to Go bags up and found that it was way too much for two- now who would have thought it? Back home he invited family number two for today´s lunch. Yay! But for two more adults and two children always hungry it was not enough, so I turned the rice cooker on (hubby never puts rice into the bags) and did additional lemon honey chicken. Then one row of crocheting- only three more of those endless rounds to go, then the border, darning in, and the third throw will be ready for use. Not a tiny bite of the dinner was left over, and guess what got finished first? T´was my lemon chicken! All of us, even hubby, had a long after-lunch nap. Afterwards Cassian explored the studio and found a box with brandnew Playmobil. I went to my Amazon account- this box got ordered by me more than two years ago and only reappeared, because I had reorganised my desk. The rest of the afternoon got spent with Stop the Thief! scenarios, because we now have a masterthief on a bicycle and a policeman on a motorbike. Son and family left at six in the evening, but only because the boys had to take a bath after the pineapple slaughtering, and because they wanted to test the new bath bombs! Good thing is that the two rascals always put their toys back into the respective boxes- saves us a lot of time! On Tuesday they will be back- DiL needs more time for herself! I will survive my grandchildren´s antics, as long as I am allowed to take a nap, preferably with the older of the two, while hubby takes care of Flavius in the guestroom...
