...no, not the dock of the bay, but the edge of the bed. I have finally found the right place to knit along. All five balls of wool are stored in zipped baggies and placed in line. This way I won´t descend into chaos again- I only have to rearrange the threads every twenty stitches. Works fine with me, albeit progress is slow. At least I rediscovered my love for knitting! Since hubby did housework no one did interrupt my attempt at getting farther into Elsa´s cardigan. When my fingers started to hurt I switched to cleaning the bathroom, before I returned to knitting again. Almost two sets of squares are done now. I will have to decide if I want to add an additional set, which will turn the cardigan into a short coat, which would be awesome...
My teeth are still acting up, and I hate it. Blessedly there is still some aspirin in the house. Not that I intend to take too much painkillers. My friend has done so- her liver function reading is abysmal all of a sudden. She had it checked two months ago and got a clear bill then. I must say that she might be addicted to pain killers, but it should be her physician´s duty to not prescribe a new package- every week! That´s insane!
I now know the reason why husband dearest has parked his car at a different car repair shop this time- they are cheaper than the old one, where he would have gotten an appointment this Monday. Hubby wanted to save money- only that he now has to wait until the end of this week or maybe the next one even before he will get his car back (and I mine).
Youtube is acting up again. Ignoring the addblockers I have installed, wrangling more and more advertisements into each video. No, I won´t buy a premium subscription, you imbeciles! I once used another video platform but cannot remember its name. Will have to google it! No way that I will endure two minutes of advertisment during an eight minute video!
Still haven´t finished with garden work- hortensias still need cutting of the blossoms (hate it- spiders everywhere). quince tree needs another pruning (even though this one will pretty sure get cut down next year) and and... Tomorrow should be a rain day, so most of my daily work will happen inside. Plus I have to do a trip to KIK- maybe I will find the things I need for crafting there! Otherwise good old Amazon will do the trick!
