Both hubby and I got up a tad earlier than usual. The birds, so cute and quiet during winter, must be in full mating season already- really hard to ignore! After breakfast hubby had his daily shower, while I waited for him to finish to be able to do mine. Only that I heard hubby talking on his phone, and soon after he appeared in the bedroom to tell me that number one was on his way to our abode. When number one is here he loves to have coffee and a smoke, enjoying the time without offspring, so showering had to wait. Son talked about Oscar and Xaver being top pupils in their class (would have loved to have such offspring) and that we were to pick the two of them up in case the third baby was early. Well, I have faith that as a doctor the mother will know how to bypass the last few weeks of her pregnancy at rest and make it to the hospital in time- Xaver was born in the family´s bathroom. While son gossiped his wife wrote one message after another concerning the family´s Saturday shopping list. In the end he grapped a piece of paper, just the way hubby does, to mark all things down. When he left I was already back to tired. Almost a 24/7 ailment now! Absolutely not funny- what am I to do when additional springtime fatigue will set in? Will I stay in bed all day long?
After lunch (done by husband mine) I napped for almost two hours then tested the new battery of my car to bring waste glass to the containers. And get a new magazine with crossword puzzles. Solved the complicated sudoko long before hubby did. Oops, that was like treading a minefield, hubby hates it when this happens:)) Then I was at my PC, searching for ways to return my Amazon package. Hubby thinks that I am overreacting, but it should have been a present for daughter´s birthday, and a damaged collector´s box won´t do the trick! Well, I will better ask daughter herself...
For years I bought brand cosmetics for my too dry skin. Nothing helped, but a while ago I picked up some cheap body butter from Aldi. Damn, that thing finally works, and I can even operate mobile and the like without having to wait in forever! Unlucky me that I only bought one single tube of the secret weapon!
I was thinking a lot about the poor people who got hit by Eowyn. This storm must have wreaked havoc aplenty! So glad that it won´t hit the middle of the continent! But in the wake of angry Eowyn we got hit by a wave of very warm air- today we were up to 16 degrees! So very not Januaryishly, but I loved it, even sat on the terrace for a while and rested...
