Bone-tired again

...but this time not because of the darn booster, which might not be worth the discomfort it causes now that the next mutation has made it onto the European continent, but because I have begun to rearrange the tiny studio where I watch TV or read or type on my PC. For this I had to empty the old glass cabinet- and did a quite radical but long needed sorting out of the things in there. Now it´s mostly some flower vases (very impractical if you keep those on the first floor and have to run up each and every time a guest brings flowers), some old apothecary flasks and silver ware I do not need but did not want to discard of. Glass cabinet wandered to the other side of the room (not that far, but hard to drag when you do it alone, because husband is grocery shopping again). My throne seat is now next to the radiator and in its place is the sofa that hubby wanted to sacrifice to the god of bulky waste. It was me who hindered him from doing so, in return he refused to carry it upstairs. But since number four was willing to help he was no more able to balk. Well done, number four! Guest mattress has been put on daughter´s bed- we weren´t able to find a boxspring bed that would fit under the pitch of the roof, so we will have to wait until she is back, to do a thorough refurbishment together with her. After I had put most of the things in the studio back in place I decided that this was enough for the day. Some final touches I saved for tomorrow, because Sundays are always boring, especially now that each day of the week feels like Sunday. Maybe I will also sew together the knitted squares I had once done for a bed cover- found them in a box today. This surely will posh my throne seat up!

Oh dear, what a load of hard work! But at least you have your seat closer to the heat source, and that's nothing to sneeze at.

Yet it has been worth it though telly-watching is neigh impossible now. I need a swivel arm!
