...how long it would take to find empty shelves here also. Of course, there still were a lots of products to be had when I went shopping with my friend, before we had coffee at our house. Yet there were a lot of gaps in the shelves also, mostly toiletries and canned food that was out of stock. Daughter was not amused, me neither. I only did the trip to buy specific sanitary products for her, but got none of it. Johnson and Johnson seems to have fled the shelves, many of their products not in stock. I went to three different shops, to no avail:(
Hubby accomplished the impossible- he found the same children´s kitchen we gave Elsa for Christmas- only on sale now. It was the last one he got, and we will have a very happy Cassian, when he comes to us next time. Aunt Lil´s old kitchen will have to go, I always hated this plastic monstrosity she got when a toddler. Well, times change, the new one is made of wood and very stylish!
My friend and I had a lot of fun exchanging holiday pictures. Her daughter and our number two practically grew up together, so seeing them with their offspring was really nice!
Last thing I´ll do today is scour the WWW for the best Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe. Presumably I´ll end up in Taste show- I quite like most of their recipes!

The kitchen for Cassian sounds like an excellent buy!

We seem to be fine for goods in the shops at the moment, even after the various days they were closed over Christmas and New Year.

It´s strange to see gaps on the shelves when you are used to get everything you want whenever you want!
