Where has this day gone?

I have to admit that I got up half an hour late, but it was Lady Vaire´s fault! She did her nightly singing right in front of the bedroom door, so I got up and fed her and played with her- I know, better not do these things during night, or she will get used to it. Hubby almost never wakes up during the cat´s arias but happily snores along, while I fetch my tablet PC and start reading the books classified as most boring. It´s still Ulysses, and I still haven´t made much progress, but it works wonders- I slept until eight after my nightly cat entertainment. Then it was breakfast, uncovering the fruit trees (it was a beautiful cool day today) and a bit of cleaning with husband dearest (he is still in love with the new vacuum cleaner). Hubby was off to do some grocery shopping afterwards, while I tried to do handicrafts (forget about it, I am not made for this). We had fried rice with vegetables for lunch. Now I know why all the KFC was gone- apparently no one besides me did have rice with it, so more room in the belly for the chicken. Nice to meet you again, rice, though you look a bit different today! One phone call (okay, a long one), a bit of reading and knitting- and now it´s time to go down for watching TV. When I was still in my job I used to accomplish way more things than I do these days! Should I be worried now?
