noadvertising There´s a song melodized by Mozart called "Komm, lieber Mai, und mache", which is to describe the beauty of early leaves and flowers in May. Ha! We are at the beginning of April, and practically all trees are green, what else! This weekend temperatures will go up to 28 degrees. Hubby is already getting nervous- he wants to clean the pool. Not a bad idea, because summers here are mostly the same as I remember them from my childhood: mediocre in temperature (really hot days followed by quite cold ones), and they are short, of course. There have been years, when we had summer in May and June, but no one thought of those wondrous days being our summer, until July and August arrived with cold and rain. Might be the same this year, so go, hubby, go! Cannot wait until there´s clear water in our pool so that I can swim!
My runny nose is better already, it´s hubby who does the sneezing and sniffling now, because he is allergic to birch pollen. We have an abundance of those at the moment. That´s why hubby bought to huge boxes of tissues, so he says. My guess is that he forgot that he had already bought a box the day before!
I am back to point zero concerning my Amazon problems. My account is locked again, they want more phone calls, another new password, my telephone number and and and... plus my Kindle account is out of reach again. I am very pissed at the moment and will wait for number four´s arrival this weekend, whom I will force to help me with all the new trouble. It´s not that new orders have been done via my account. I only got the same requests I got a week earlier, this time in German! I´d really love to close my account and set up a new one, but then all the ebooks I have bought will be lost...and that´s the exact reason why I do not purchase movies on Amazon Prime. You pay, but the moment you decide to stop investing in monthly fees or Amazon looses the license for a movie, all you have purchased will go out the window!
I have been starkly neglecting In Noctem. Today my ex colleague called me and asked me out for breakfast in a nearby coffee shop. Not this week but the next one, if I have time, which I do. I better get going now, she needs to see and hear more than I have yet! And I will have to borrow daughter´s old laptop to show the results!
