When my daughter was baptized she had two godparents, one of them male. And gay. Of course we did not tell the priest, because homosexuality has always been a red rag to the Catholic Church. A few years later her godfather was the first one of our friends who entered into a same sex marriage. In the Netherlands, where else! His husband was the most attractive male I ever saw. Tall, dark-skinned, the epitome of maleness-and absolutely not available for girls. Not fair, I thought at their wedding. Today, I got a call from our friend. One week ago he got divorced. His life partner had left him months ago, after he had got a job in a hospital far off their living place. New workplace, too little time for each other- there´s absolutely no difference between same sex and opposite-sex couples when it comes to things like that. Their making love might be different, but in the end, they fight like all people, and the outcome....Oh well, let´s talk about something more exiting. Currently I dwell in Vienna, at my son´s flat, to collect offspring No.3 and 4, who are both attending a music festival, and bring them home, before I´m off for my holidays. And I did finish the triangular scarf, even if my finger still hurts! Maybe I´ll be able to post a picture of it tomorrow! Cats will like it because of the tassels!

Sorry about that, but my opinion is that the fights between same sex couples are even worse, because everybody thinks that two of the same sex should get along quite well which they do not, apparently! And you haven't broken your finger again I hope!

Na, not broken this time, fortunately! Hyperextension of the joint capsule. Finger should be kept immobile. Ha! And yes, I´m sad because of their divorce. I never thought they´d break off!

What a sad thing. No, there is no difference at all in same sex relationships. My cats would happily divest your scarf of its tassels.

Sad, indeed! I never thought they´d break off after being together that long. Their splitup was even worse than others I had to follow. So much hatred!
