Anyone out there who knows a recipe for bombproof frosting for cupcakes? One that is still on the cakes when you arrive at your bestest best friend for coffee klatch and find out that frosting has gone flooey once again and coates the dessert plate instead of the pastries? And no, I certainly do not place my cakes above the car heater, and even if I´d done so, that would have little to no effect, because car heating went Boom! in spring and has yet to be repaired, hopefully as soon as possible because it is abominably cold outside!

Twice as much sugar as butter, that does the trick! Of course we usually do not put that much sugar in a cake, but what of it? And do not use fruit pulp, or at least only a few drops of !
