Husband´s visual thinking is, let´s say, not at its best. So when he ordered a first set of suitcases in bilious green (which tells us much about his colour sense) I immediately knew that those would not be enough to squeeze in 30 kg of clothing and toiletries, but tell that to the man of the house who deems himself all-wise! The set came, daughter added aforementioned toiletries -the bigger of the two suitcases was full to the brim. So another set, this time the really big one, was purchased. Oh dear, daughter mine will have a rather bumpy journey to NZ, because today the enormous green bag was delivered- and it ran on three wheels only, the fourth was broken, and now it´s too late to exchange it! So on Sunday, when son will take apart my poor Ashmael, husband will do the same to one of the smaller suitcases, using one of its wheels to fix its big brother. Daughter is very happy, because now she will be able to postpone packing till Sunday morning. Hopefully she´ll be finished by then, because she has invited a third of her classmates for a farewell party in mid afternoon. Yes, that girl is unflappable, while my nervous system is doing somersaults!
