One down, one to go...

Number four had to leave today. But before going back he wanted to do Okonomiyaki with me. He still thinks that this is a suitable recipe for a student party, in case there will be student parties in the near future. I told him that if he wanted to stay in the kitchen and do Okonomiyaki while the others are partying, then this would be the best way to waste time. Then there´s another problem- doing a big Okonomiyaki in a big frying pan always ended in fiasco, the "pancake" crumbling into pieces, and when using small pans it always takes hours to feed the gang. Hubby did the cabbage, I the meat and son the batter, and then I fried, and fried again. Then I typed the recipe and sent son off with a small bag of bonito flakes. Most likely those will end up as a play area for food moths...So number four is off, but number five will stay for some time. College has not yet decided if they will stick to on-line coaching or go back to normal lecturing...
Afterwards I did my chores, even sorted the content of the bedroom shelves out, and just when I thought that maybe it was time to switch on my PC daughter mine remembered that she had to do some takes for a film project, for tomorrow´s team meeting, and that I had to help her a bit with the filming. I had to help her out for almost an hour, and then I handed over the camera to hubby. I am pretty sure that come tomorrow morning we will have to redo the takes, because a.) the take is jittery b.) cat A has walked into the picture c.) cat B has walked into the picture d.) daughter is not pretty enough coz without makeup. And since the team meeting will be at ten AM I fear I will be a nervous wreck by that time. Wish me luck?
